Rift 41" Drop Through Longboard

Rift 41" Drop Through Longboard

A stable, speedy longboard for confident carving
Say goodbye to wobbles and hello to your durable, stable, new partner-in-grind. With a durable 8-ply Canadian maple deck, this drop through longboard was built to last and can withstand the wear and tear of daily use, making it a reliable companion for commuting, cruising, carving, and more. Rift’s concave deck shape offers a lower center of gravity, which means greater stability at high speeds, less stress on your legs, and the agility and control needed to bomb hills with confidence (and without the speed wobbles). Plus, you won’t find these unique underside artwork options anywhere else, because they’re all designed by hand in-house. Whether you’re carving up the boulevard or speeding up at the skate park, you’ll feel empowered when you ride with Rift.

I am not an expert and this is only my first board, but it seems like it is an excellent board for the price. I only wish I had decided to get a longboard sooner because they used to have a print design that I absolutely love, but they don't have it anymore.

My 12-year-old son is really enjoying his longboard so far. He has no experience with them, or with skateboards of any kind, but is getting the hang of it. It’s great for the long, paved rails-to-trails path near us. He is about 5’3” and about 95 lbs, just for your reference, and the board is a good size for him— not too big to manage, but will fit him as he grows.

This is my first long board but I have to say it rides smooth and turns on a dime.
