This was a gift for my wife. Placing the order online was straightforward and easy. The bicycle arrived promptly, just a couple of days after I placed the order. Assembly was fairly simple. They include all tools needed, but you'll want to use some of your own if you have them. If you have basic DIY skills, you won't have any problems. Some of the photos in the instructions don't do a very good job of clearly showing the placement of parts, but it's not hard to figure out. Once assembled, it was ready to ride. The instructions say you may need to have a bicycle shop adjust the brakes and gears, but mine was fine right out of the box. The bicycle is attractive and appears well built. Overall, my wife is very pleased with it. She wishes the handle bars would adjust to be nearer to the seat, but this is a minor issue that she hasn't mentioned since her first ride. The bicycle has performed perfectly over the past 4 weeks of ownership, with no problems or adjustments needed. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy this bicycle again.
